What is your Return Policy?
Orders can be returned within 7 days, starting from the moment you receive your order.
When requesting a return, please make sure to mind the following information.
Item(s) should be in the original condition, and all tags and packaging must still be present. We offer free returns for customers based in India only.
How can I return my order?

Pack up your return and write 'RETURNS OF NOOE' on the box.
We provide 100% free pick-up service (few cities may be excluded) from your address within 3-5 days after the request has been raised. Please keep the product(s) ready & hand it over to our allotted pick-up partners.
It takes 7-10 days for us to receive the products in our warehouse from the time the return request is raised.
What's the next step?
We aim to process all returns within three business days of receiving them.
The products will go through a quality check, post the quality check, the exchange will be processed or the refund will automatically be initiated within 2-3 days.
Wrong items & empty returns will not be processed.
For COD orders: The amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account or through UPI.
You will receive a final confirmation when your refund has been issued, or your exchange has been shipped. Please allow a 5-7 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
